Ayesiga Rooney is a multifaceted creative technologist based in Uganda. Known as the "Conqueror Tech Nerd", he combines programming, graphic design, videography, and community leadership to build impactful digital solutions. He is the founder of Aaron Codes and Computing Services, an initiative focused on accessible education, and the creator behind RooneyMedia, a platform for tech news and insights.

Currently a Bachelor of Computer Science student at Mountains of the Moon University (2023–present), Rooney has authored academic materials in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and actively contributes to open-source projects.
